Direct Primary Care

Direct primary care is an alternative form of healthcare in which the patient pays a monthly membership fee for primary care services. Primary care services include clinical, consultative, in-office laboratory services, care coordination, and comprehensive care management. This model of healthcare puts the patient first by providing longer appointment times, having timely appointments, and having 24/7 access to the primary care physician through multiple communication channels:

Another benefit of the direct primary care model is the effort made by the physician to provide patients with prompt appointments.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hormones are chemical messengers that function as an internal communication system between cells in our bodies. They affect many different processes in our bodies, including:

Hormones are produced by our endocrine glands. It takes only a small amount of the substance to cause changes in our body. 

Even a slight imbalance can affect our overall health and disrupt various body processes. A hormone imbalance can even be the reason behind many common chronic conditions, such as diabetes, depression, infertility, osteoporosis, and other problems. Contrary to popular belief, hormone imbalances can affect anyone, at any age or life stage. 

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy works to correct these hormonal imbalances, relieve symptoms associated with the imbalance, and potentially reduce the risk of developing many chronic conditions. Bioidentical hormones are chemically and structurally identical to the hormones produced by the body. Compounds that exist in nature, such as bioidentical hormones, are not patentable. Traditional hormone replacement, in contrast, typically utilizes patented medications, which are not naturally found in human bodies.
